Negative experience: Nicole was a part of the management team in charge of student housing at The Ramsey. She was incredibly rude in all communications, condescending, and gave us false information on when we could expect to move in. I would avoid all costs.

They are responsive and dedicated to ensuring tenants are taken care of, and have shown real care and consideration alongside their professionalism in everything they do. The property is great, and I love it! I am updating this review upon moving out of the property after 2 years. My original review still stands; I have continued to have a 5 star experience with Park Real Estate and will forever look back on my time at my house with fondness. I would now like to especially thank Kaylin for all her help. She has been very attentive and has sought to make my living situation as comfortable as possible. Any questions or concerns have been dealt with swiftly and carefully by her, and it has been a pleasure to interact with her. Kaylin’s dedication and communication was top notch. Fantastic experience: Errin Humbert was a large part of why we chose a Park RE Management property. She's been with us through the whole process from touring properties, questions, documents, lease signing and still, on to property management. From the beginning, she made me feel confident that any issues would be promptly addressed, and they have been. Maintenance and the plumbers have been top notch as well. We had small move-in issues that were professionally and efficiently repaired, right away. Park uses their website for rent and maintenance requests, which is convenient and easy to use. Rules, explanations are clear and easy to understand and follow. Park Properties is feeling like a well-oiled machine so far. We felt at home before signing the lease.

Checking in and seeing what we need, coordinating maintenance services, leaving treats for the dogs on move-in and periodic inspection, and overall warm and friendly. Communication exceeds all previous living situations and it isn’t particularly close!

Positive experience: They are very responsive to requests and have been great with communication! We did have some trouble in the beginning of our lease with getting correct keys for the main door and mailbox and the AC unit, however, this is likely because the unit sat empty before we moved in.

Positive experience: Park took over at my apartment complex mid lease and were fine until move out. When it came time to move out there was an extensive cleaning checklist required, and they said we could do it ourselves or hire one of their cleaning companies from a list. My roommates and I hired a cleaning crew that they recommended and we still had to pay a cleaning fee out of our security deposit even after we send them the confirmation from hiring their own recommended cleaners.

Fantastic experience: We recently re-located from out of state and the rental process has been a breeze with Park Real Estate. They generously helped us to acquire a home from a distance and clearly communicated each step of the way. We arrived to a rental exactly as described from video/photos and feel so comfortable here! Positive experience: We found a place to rent through Zillow that was being managed through Park. Though there were a couple times we had to do extra follow up with Nicole, Errin was great! Errin was very friendly and gave us useful advice as tenants seeking a place to live in terms of things to look for, and was willing to work with us and the landlord on a compromise regarding the rental date (we were planning to move a bit later than they had hoped and we managed to meet in the middle on the timeline). She even was willing to look at other properties they had in case the particular property we were looking at didn't work out in terms of the timeline. The move-in process was easy and they were very clear on how to get things set up and transferred over. Errin even came to the house to try the mailbox key on all the mailboxes when we discovered the wrong mailbox number was given to us. We definitely appreciated the extra care and service.
