Fantastic experience: Natalie Shaw was recommended to us by our daughter and son-in-law, who Natalie helped purchase a home recently in Chapel Hill. Natalie is very easy going but is also a stickler for details. We toured 7 homes with Natalie, and she was great at ferreting out the good and the not so good details. In one home, she had to crawl into a tight space to see the hot water heater, discovered it had a slow leak and contacted the listing agent immediately to advise them of the issue. Just the kind of proactive person you want when buying or selling your home. We ended up making an offer and purchasing a townhome in Chapel Hill, all done remotely since we returned home after our home tours to work on putting our own home on the market. Natalie communicated with us constantly throughout the entire process and kept in constant contact with the seller's agent when the inspection turned up a problem in the crawl space of the home. Natalie made sure the work was done and done correctly. Natalie's network of professionals we needed for our transaction is top notch. She followed up with requests to view potential homes. This was frustrating during COVID, because most of the homes went under contract before we could travel to NC to see them.
