Fantastic experience: We hired Christine to sell our house after considering lower cost, fixed price (no seller commission) sellers. What distinguished Christine was her clear strategy for selling our house before we needed to move into our continuing care retirement community, which she did even before posting a "coming soon" announcement. She sold it with only one showing for a price that was considerably above the our asking price and way above estimates that we had received from other sellers we had considered. Throughout the entire selling process, she answered all questions thoroughly and promptly, sent papers for us to sign at a nice distributed pace, communicated our desires to the buyer's agent accurately and without delay, and even arranged for our closing so we didn't need to be there.
