Fantastic experience: Meeting and working with Brandon has been one of the best things that could have happened to us. We happened to meet outside a house he was showing that we were driving by to look at in person. It was kind of one of those right place at the right time moments in our lives. We weren't quite ready to move forward with a purchase, but he kept us in the back of his mind, checked in on us, and was all hands on deck when it came time to start looking seriously. We were from out of the area, so many of our house hunts happened on the weekend and he was so accommodating and helpful. Fantastic experience: Brandon is the best real estate agent in my opinion covering the Salt Lake Valley. He is apart of the Justin Udy Century 21 team. Arguably the number 1 real estate team in Utah. He has been great to work with and very professional. Brandon really knows his stuff when it comes to buying and selling a real estate property, from comps, to demographics, to market analysis. He has helped me multiple times buying a home and selling my home. We just closed on my parents home which sold for $20,000 above list price in a very saturated market with higher than normal interest rates. Two years ago Brandon helped me purchased a home for $45,000 below list price which is unheard of considering the great condition the home was in. He gives great advice on small improvements we should make to get the most bang for our buck. My home was on the market for less than a week and we received multiple offers above list prist. This was credited to Brandon's hard work and determination to close a deal. I promise you he won't disappoint. I highly recommend him when it comes to real estate transactions. This is why I gave him a 5 star rating.
