Fantastic experience: I had a fun time searching properties and ultimately buying my first (rental) investment with Johne. It all started with looking at simple land lots, which is how we met (he was a listing agent for a parcel), and from there I hired him as my buyer's agent and eventually decided to go all in on a house in Long Beach. Though he is out of the Seattle area, he was very responsive and always willing to make the trip to the peninsula area. He is a great realtor and a nice guy that is always willing to help. Thank you Sir!

He was open to showing me so many different areas! He's very responsive; good/quick communicator. He's friendly, personable and made the experience fun! Fantastic experience: I originally met Johne when I was buying my condo and was incredibly pleased with his professionalism and knowledge in real estate that I worked with him again when it was time to sell. In a tough market with fewer buyers, Johne went above and beyond expectations to generate interest in my property and ensured I got the best offer possible. He is an amazing advisor and advocate who looked out for my best interest. I highly recommend giving him a call and working with him!!!

Fantastic experience: Johnny is on the pulse and about business. Great experience and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I met Johne as one of those solicitor’s that I didn’t close my door too! Immediately he got my interest because I couldn’t believe that the house that sold across the street sold for what I felt at the time was really high priced (he sold). At that time I was just finished remodeling my house and I gave him a tour! He left his business card and with that I looked him up on face book and sent a friendship invite (he accepted) so with that I watched his success on selling houses throughout areas (about 75 mile radius) I became a regular in receiving Mariner’s and Seahawk’s season schedule refrigerator magnets. I can’t wait until we get the Sonics back! One time he sent me a scratch off ticket where I won I think $30 or $50. About 3 years later I decided to sell my house (owning 3 I was going broke) At first I had 4 realtor’s that I invited to come look to list my house (none of which I was impressed with) all told me that my house would sell for less than I had expected! Then I contacted Johne as I was reaching closer to getting ready to sell! Immediately we were on the same page and we listed it at what I felt we could get! With it being in the fall it was difficult to get people to come look. I adjusted the price down a bit along the way. As I moved to Yuma Johne kept in touch and always answered my questions and we both worked to get this house sold. With that said I finally got a buyer and got my house $ sold $. (took about 3 months). Thanks again Johne, if my family or friends ever need to sell a house I will recommend using you! This is a 5 ***** guy!
