Fantastic experience: I must say that moving across the states from Virginia to Washington is a scary thing. It is especially difficult when you have family, pets, and anything else tossed into it and no housing available within military walls. So when Loree was assigned to me through the VA I was still unsure of wanting to purchase another property, but she made it easy and helped relieve stress from afar by attending to multiple properties my family and I were interested in and ensured she not only took photos, but videos, room measurements, neighborhood recommendations, school recommendations and more. Negative experience: Let's start off by saying, that if you are looking to buy a home from a used car salesperson, Spencer might be your pick! He did work for us, and we got the home we really wanted, but there were promises made, not on paper, that were not followed through with. I have repeatedly text and emailed Spencer most all with failed replies.

Fantastic experience: The help I received here was just perfect, love my house. UPDATE:. The purchase of the house fell through, plus I did not get the follow thru that I needed. Had offer on third house accepted, however, agent did not get agreement between her and park owner in writing so I lost that home at the last minute. Fourth house: my offer accepted, park manager approved, inspection - a virtual catastrophe - agent did not get inspection period extended (further in-depth inspections required) or the closing date extended as I requested so I lost my earnest money. Had to recisend my offer due to repairs required estimated at higher than my initial offer. Now I can't seem to get a return call from my agent, Alexa Franks, or the branch owner, Chad Link(?). It feels as if my agent doesn't consider me a priority because for what I can afford she won't be getting a large enough commission. Also, she only made one appointment that we had on time.

Fantastic experience: Jonathan was invaluable in handling a long distance sale and went above and beyond in giving me a video preview of the land and communicating thoroughly at each stage of the process with which I was not very familiar. He had a great combination of pleasant attitude and candor combined with professionalism. I’m hoping to do more business with him in the future and would not bother to shop for other realtors.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently sold our house through Matt Wilson after working with him on the purchase of that house in 2016. After working with him the first time around, we did not consider any other agents due to his professionalism and diligence. Quite a few traits stood out during our transaction. We had a purchase pending three days into listing (multiple offers) and the offer we took backed out after deciding they wanted a rambler; Matt had a swift and sensible reaction as to how we could move forward and maximize value with the other offer (or potentially re-list). We ended up getting a great offer the same evening the first offer was pulled. Also, the purchasing agent was not the easiest to work with, and we were constantly impressed by Matt’s ability to both push back and work with her to alleviate any issues. Matt epitomizes what we look for in any service involving a large transaction: competence, confidence, and empathetic to clients. A fantastic agent, but we also now consider Matt a great friend!

Fantastic experience: My family recently moved to Washington from the midwest and our experience with Wendy Davis could not have been more fantastic! She was absolutely incredible! Due to the long distance we were unable to come to see our home in person before we purchased. This would not have been possible without our incredible realtor. Wendy was exceptional in getting video tours of any home we requested. She was willing to be present for inspection and contractor visits. If there was something we needed more information on she got it right away! She also offered us honest feedback, which was truly appreciated. Wendy was an incredible advocate for us!. We found the home of our dreams and owe it all to Wendy with Elite properties!

Fantastic experience: We were working with Kimberly Brown and Matt Wilson. Kimberly was so helpful getting us into properties to see, doing extra footwork to preview houses and tell us if they would work for us. They were both VERY patient with us and showed us any property we asked to see. We were never pressured to put in an offer on any property we didn't like 100%. We purchased a property that took 4 months to complete. They both had a way of making me feel like I was their only client - even though I know that is far from the truth. They were always reaching out and checking in on us during those 4 months just to see how things were going. They were available and present on all the inspections and walk-throughs. On closing day - THE DAY BEFORE THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY - I was a wreck. I knew if we didn't get the keys that day we would not get the keys until possibly the 26th of December. And remember - this is December 22th, 2017 - the Friday right before Christmas - most people have checked out for the weekend. All day Matt kept after the title company to see if the county had recorded. And finally we got the keys that evening. In summary, in every aspect of the home buying process I felt very confident in them. I was never pressured. They were always available and when I say present - I mean they were there with us un-distracted, no phones or anything else going on, and always checking out the property right along with us. I have recommended them to my family and friends and I would use them again.

Negative experience: My experience with Mr Link was not good. We found our dream home and he wrote it up, it needed work but it had what we needed, a shop, a mobile home for our disabled daughter. and a house with an apartment for our grand-daughter we raised. A family home for all of us. It was a repo so there was junk left behind and he had his personal clean up crew clean it up for the bank. Well they cleaned up alright they took everything the cabinets the wiring in the shop and everything else that WAS nailed down, they were even taking the toilets off the floor. They took the leased propane tank. They tried to take the furnace and hot water heater the mobile home in and broke the pipe so with every inspection on the house water sprayed all over the mobile home by the time we got in here we had to destroy the mobile home because of mold and water damage. The clean up guy even brought his garbage over and dumped it in the shop. He has never accepted any responsibility so Good Luck if you go with this guy
