Fantastic experience: I recently closed on a condo being sold as a foreclosure and could not have asked for a better buyer’s agent than Clark. He was in constant communication so I always knew what was needed from me or what we were waiting on from the seller. Fantastic experience: Clark is the best realtor I have ever known. He is punctual, informative, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I was actively looking to move out of State but I had problems finding the right job. I had to bring in Clark early, months before we sold. He understood and stood by me the entire time. He called in weekly to check in and when the right job was found, he jumped in and worked hard to prep my house for sale. He knew exactly what to do and who could do it. His advertisements and promotional video/pics were phenomenal. I have never seen such great work. Fantastic experience: Clark is awesome! We had a great experience buying our house, despite it getting sold via a re-location company. He sorted through all of the changes that the seller kept throwing at us and kept us informed and educated throughout the process. He was extremely patient with the barrage of questions from myself, my husband, AND my mom. Even after we closed, Clark called to check-in to make sure everything was going ok, re-enforcing what he kept telling us, "I come with the house". Fantastic experience: I am so grateful that I know Clark and he was able to help sell my mother's home. My situation was not easy and took months to get to the point to be able to sale. My mother passed at the beginning of the year and her house was under a trust with a ballooning reverse mortgage so I had to work quickly to try and clear it out and get it sold by the end of the year. Once I was ready to put the house on the market, Clark was able to answer all of my initial questions and put me at ease about the expectations for what would need to be done before, during, and after the sale. Pretty much everything he shared happened so I was not surprised or disappointed with any updates or things that popped up along the way. Fantastic experience: Clark and Marvin were essential to us finding and winning our family home. They will deny they had terribly much to do with it, but they effectively and calmly coached us through the offer process such that we won the first house we wanted and stayed within budget.
