Fantastic experience: We wanted to sell our house. We thought that we would interview at least 3 people. We chose the real estate companies using GROK. It suggested the 3 companies. We interviewed a lady from a well known agency. She was very knowledgeable and knew the local area. The next day, we interviewed Matt Meyer. He was very impressive and spoke of advertising our house not just to the local area, but to the whole country using all of the listing capabilities. After he spoke, we were convinced that he was who we wanted to sell our house. So, we signed the contract and he asked if it ok to put his sign in our yard. We had no problem with that. The next day the sign was out. A couple of days later, he had an open house, over Mother’s Day weekend, and his agency paid for our stay in a hotel. We were gone for 2 nights. While we were gone, he called to tell us that he had received a contract. We discussed all of the particulars on Monday evening. The potential buyer had placed the contract on the house the first day. He gave us a price of $10K over asking. We accepted his price because we didn’t want to belabor it any longer. Thank you very much Matt for taking care of us and selling our beautiful house so quickly. You are the very best, and we’re glad that we listed with you!!!

He pointed out problems with the homes we saw, and advised us against some that he thought would be a bad purchase, such as a sloppily-finished fixer upper. He was very thorough when visiting homes and would check the water, window balance, and more to look for any issues. 2. He connected us with helpful professionals throughout the process. For instance, he recommended a home inspector who was very thorough. (I also did a lot of independent research prior to our home search regarding what to look for in a home inspector, and they checked all the boxes.) 3. He had excellent communication.
