When my pool man of 12 years told me a week before going on the market he could not acid wash the pool as promised, Kathy had a company out the next day who did an amazing job!! The marketing pieces she had made were high quality and professionally shot but the topper was the video she had produced, it was something I would expect to see on TV, the videographer had even brought in his young children to play in the pool and go down the slide, it was a home run! Our house looked like a dream vacation. But the prep work is only the beginning, Kathy was there for the whole process from reviewing bids with us, keeping us calm when the buyers brought in ten different contractors and negotiating a settlement that everyone could live with after the ten contractors recommend replacing everything to make it like new . Fantastic experience: Kathy helped us sell our home located in Los Angeles after 9 years of residence. She met with us months prior to listing to walk us through the staging process and coach us on how the housing market could be leveraged in order to list our house during the most likely time of year to sell.
