Fantastic experience: We worked with Arin throughout our process of moving into our new apartment. Even before deciding to apply to our unit, Arin answered every question we had and was accommodating enough to let us view the unit twice. There were no communication issues between us and he kept us in the loop of the whole process from touring to moving into our unit. One thing we noticed was just how professional Arin was compared to other property managers we had encountered from various tours around the area. Overall we had a great experience with Arin and our new unit.

Negative experience: I honestly wouldn’t recommend renting here to anyone. The management only cares about one thing—your rent being paid on time. That’s it. Don’t expect any kind of service or professionalism in return. In my opinion, the people running this place are seriously unqualified and clearly not interested in doing their jobs right. They recently brought in a new manager, a white American guy, who seems to have a problem with anyone who doesn't look or act like him. Most of us here are Armenians, and we’ve lived next to each other for over a decade with zero issues—no drama, no noise complaints, nothing. We understand and respect each other’s culture. But ever since this new guy showed up, it’s like suddenly everything we do is a problem. We’re getting noise notices now, even though nothing’s changed on our end. It honestly feels like he wants us to live like him—quiet, miserable, and invisible. I even heard he smokes weed outside his unit, which is funny considering how picky he is about others. The smell has bothered some neighbors, but I guess that doesn’t count as a problem when he does it. On top of that, he seems to be weirdly passive-aggressive. If he doesn’t like you, good luck. I’ve heard from somebody that he even deliberately delays processing your rent check if he even doesn't like your face, and then you get hit with late fees. Sounds pretty shady, right? Lately, a two or three of units have been sitting empty—wonder why? So now they’ve suddenly started painting fences and touching up random spots to make the place look nicer, something that haven't being touched for decades, probably just to trick someone else into renting here. In short—unless you’re into being watched, targeted, and overcharged for absolutely nothing in return, I’d look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Arin and his team .We successfully negotiated a mutually beneficial lease 1 year ago we build the store and opened for business 6 month ago . During the process he and his team was eager to help and answered and worked thur the process with us . Looking forward to work with him and his professional team on the next deal.

Negative experience: Illegal Behavior: Requiring a $500 “non-refundable” security deposit paid through Venmo "by the end of day” is not only ILLEGAL in California (California Civil Code § 1950.5) but also an extremely UNETHICAL business practice... Timeline Context: (Today - Thursday, December 19, 2024) Gaska Inc. approved our application this morning at 11:34 AM PT. They requested a $40/person application fee to be paid by the end of the day. We complied, paying at 11:48 AM, only to receive another email at 2:47 PM demanding a $500 non-refundable deposit over Venmo, also due by the end of the day. Unethical Business Practices: Gaska Inc. representatives Edrei Mauries and Arin Norhadian (CA Bar License #292154) pressured us to pay an illegal deposit with no guarantee or contract — a practice that should raise GIANT RED FLAGS for any prospective tenant. Dismissive Behavior: When we requested a lease to be drafted before paying the fee, we were gaslit and our concerns were dismissed, claiming this was “standard policy.” Key Red Flags Identified: The $500 deposit was never disclosed in the application or property listing. They requested Venmo payments but specifically asked us not to mark them as business transactions, raising concerns about transparency and potential fraud. The company claims to have been in business for years but does not have a functioning website (as of 12/19/2024). This company and its members have a minimal online presence, including on social media platforms. The $500 deposit was first mentioned in today's email sent at 2:47 PM, giving us less than 3 hours to comply (‘must be paid by 5:30 PM’) or lose the rental to the next applicant. Summary: Despite our efforts to give this company the benefit of the doubt, we chose to withdraw our application, not pay the $500 fee, and now I've frozen all of my credit accounts due to the amount of personal data they've collected from our application. Final Warning: Let this review serve as your final red flag: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. TL;DR: - 1/5 stars for unethical and illegal practices - 5/5 red flags for the visual learners Edit on 12/21/2024: This company responded to my review trying to dismiss my claims which are all clearly documented through the screenshots provided. Their email clearly says, “Once received, the deposit will be included as part of your security deposit.” Now, this company is backtracking by claiming the deposit request was a fee and had nothing to do with the security deposit. It’s all in the screenshots attached. This company is beyond unethical and they just proved it again in their response to this review.

Negative experience: Poor management. Its been a year and a half and yet one of the laundry machine has not been fixed or replaced. But thats not the real issue. The problem is demanding higher rent but have not made any kind of effort to remodel the entire building. Like painting? New floors. Building is soo old everything is almost all broken. One of the gates on the bottom garage is still not working till now. So its out and the open for any intruder. So many things that are prohibited like cannot store items in the garage. Or cannot put up fences outside patio.

Fantastic experience: I have best experience with Gaska company. I have been a commercial tennant at Bixby Mall in Long Beach over 18 years. They are very supportive and helpful whenever there is a problem, especially with Arin. If you are looking for a good and nice commercial rent property, I strongly recommend Gaska Inc.

The maintenance on the property are always out early and keep the entire property which is huge in a cleanly and orderly. They came to MyTelecomm.com and together we were able to move past all the red tape to get the tenants the services they needed to improve their business. Negative experience: I rented a unit from this company and that was the biggest mistake ive ever made. they were very eager to collect the rent on time yet ever since my lease is over and im trying to retrieve my deposit they are taking their time to return my deposit, not giving me any information and not allowing an in person meeting at their office to discuss the matter. i will be taking them to court. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at my place of residence for the past 13+ years: The residents in our building feel like an extension of our family. Gaska doesn’t rent just to anyone, because they can pay the rent. They’re very choosy as to whom they bring into the building. This makes me feel very comfortable and secure. It’s been a positive experience living here.

Negative experience: Don’t bother yourself with turning in an application for one of their apartments. Apparently they are accepting so many applications, it takes them weeks or longer to process them and make a decision. If you actually need a place to live in a timely fashion, take your business elsewhere.

Negative experience: you manage a large property in Sunland that is a mess and a disgrace to our community, repeated complaints have gone unanswered. the trash receptacles are always over flowing and the parking lot needs re-coating. there is not a plant alive in the whole area. this property houses a Ralph's, Sizzler, Rite Aid and Coco's so obviously the client is making a fortune in rents. as a thank you to the customers and respect to the community, we urge you to upgrade this property.

Negative experience: No Customer service, No one answers their phones, Lazy people, as soon as they receive your money, you wouldn't be able to see them or talk to them, Do not trust whatever they tell you. very very ignorant and unprofessional. Stay away from this company
