Baboudjian Properties

Fantastic experience: I was a tenant under Baboudjian Property care for a little over 3 years. I would highly recommend them, they were always quick to respond to any maintenance needed and very respectful in their communication with their tenants and our privacy. Never a bad surprise, and all the other tenants in the building were also very pleased.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Baboudjian Properties. Would highly recommend them. They've been prompt, responsive, and thorough. Very appreciative of their work ethic. Was sad to move.

Fantastic experience: We were very happy with the service provided by Baboudjian Properties. They were pleasant to work with right from the start, and our experience with them was great!

Fantastic experience: Worked with Jack on a transaction, and I must say, I was very impressed by his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. We were able to accomplish an objective set out for a long time, and the real estate transaction was accomplished smoothly and quickly. Really enjoyed working with him!

Fantastic experience: We really want to take the time to thank Jack, Silva, and the entire team at Baboudjian Properties for being a great property management host. They were very attentive to our needs, and we were very happy with our stay at the apartment complex we resided in Glendale. They kept our environment safe and pleasant, and were quick to respond to any needs!

Fantastic experience: I am an attorney and real estate investor. I've worked with Baboudjian properties for over 6 years. I highly recommend Jack and his team for all aspects of real estate planning and representation. You will not find a more honest, experienced and hard working team of real estate advisors, willing to put in the extra effort to serve their clients' best interest.

Fantastic experience: Currently, I am not working with Baboudjian company. Yet I hired Jack in 2011 and they managed my property till end of 2018. During that period Jack and Silva were my best friends. I could rely on them for whatever property needed. I was going through rough period being in court. But having Jack on my side gave me power and confidence . He stayed till court issue was over and I was successful. Currently he prefers to do real estate and I wish them both the best in their private and public life.

Fantastic experience: Baboudjian Properties has been a wonderful real estate company to work with. We’ve been working together for nearly a decade now. It didn’t take me long to realize that I was going to enjoy my experience with Baboudjian Properties. They took great care of the apartment building and were attentive as to the conditions of both the interior and exterior. They kept the apartment building looking professional, presentable, and orderly. I would love to work with Baboudjian Properties again in the future, and hope we are able to cross paths in the real estate industry.

Fantastic experience: It's been several years now that I have been working with Baboudjian Properties. Jack has really been great to work with throughout the years and the company as a whole has been so easy to work with. They've been dependable and accommodating. Jack has always put an effort towards handling anything that comes up and issues that might arise. The team not only handles problems along the way, but they have been super proactive in their approach. I’m absolutely sure that they will meet and even exceed all of your real estate service needs, they really are the best in the business! Thank you Jack!

Fantastic experience: We first contacted Baboudjian Properties to have them glance at our property and determine both the value and what we'll need to do in order to increase the value, since my parents wanted to sell the property. We were so impressed by Jack and his thorough explanation of everything, and what's important to do, not to do, how to build value, and generally his strategy involving selling our property We ended up generating multiple offers on the apartment complex my parents owned and were able to sell it at a satisfactory amount. He also helped us facilitate a complex 1031 exchange that benefited my parents and our family a lot. We're very thankful for the care, insight, expertise, and knowledge Jack had to offer with the entire process!

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Jack and Silva and the rest of the team at Baboudjian Properties for over six years. They have always looked out for my properties and helped me make the best decisions for both me and my tenants. They have always been responsive, professional and 100% on top of things. Their expertise in the real estate market really added another layer of value. I couldn't recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: I say with complete earnest sincerity that Baboudjian Properties is among the most pleasant, the most professional, the most personable management companies I have ever dealt with. Quick to respond to issues, always on time, always friendly and courteous, always capable and scrupulous and fair... I commend them, and I'm grateful to have been under their care for three years. A special thank you to Jack, who proved himself to be no less than an impeccably upstanding guy at every conceivable opportunity. If you're a tenant looking for a place, I recommend these folks without hesitation. Cheers!

Fantastic experience: I lived at a Baboudjian property for three years! They are caring, responsive, and accommodating- a few of the words I want to use to describe Baboudjian Properties. Really good staff and a really good property management company! They always did a great job with our matinence requests Our property located in Los Angeles Hollywood area has been kept in such a clean and great condition. If there’s any property management company I want to take the time to recommend, it’s Baboudjian Properties! We’ve had a wonderful experience with them, and I have no doubt others will too!

Fantastic experience: Baboudjian Properties is just a delightful property management company! We’re very thankful for a job well done by Jack and his team! The property improvements and timely fulfillment of tenant request are definitely worth noting. The property has changed so much in a positive way, and the upgrades look amazing. Thank you Jack, and thank you Baboudjian Properties team for being great at what you do!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been happy to work with Baboudjian Properties on our property in Glendale, and their general property management team has been wonderful! Their entire property management staff has been responsible and on top of various property matters for our apartment building. We’re very thankful to Baboudjian Properties and their team of property managers for being so diligent! Highly recommended company!

Fantastic experience: I truly appreciate Baboudjian Properties and their management company for providing an experience that’s really one to remember. Baboudjian Properties has been very helpful and resourceful, in many ways. Individuals and teams that are compiled with real positive energy reflect on properties, and that positive aura continued all throughout. My sincerest gratitude to Baboudjian Properties for being the type of management company one would always enjoy to work with!

Negative experience: They just took over my buildings property. Do not rent from them if you like communication from your property management company i do not recommend it from them. The last company would call me right away and let me know what’s going on. This company my ac went out 6 weeks ago my kids are home from school and we’ve been drenched in sweat because they wont fix it and finally today they shower up and asked whats wrong ac then the same technician came that had come on the first day acted like it was his first time there and said he Same thing The techinian on july 13th that the compressor had to be replaced or repaired! But... however!! He says... that supposedly hes never been there. Yet he looks exactly like the same guy that showed up, and i have a picture of, on july 13th that said you i need a new compressor.. awesome building to live in! Horrible management to deal with i guess!! I’ll just keep sweating. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this management company

Fantastic experience: I recently inherited two 15-unit apartment buildings with my sister. It was easier for my father to be more involved with managing the apartment buildings since he was retired. But for my sister and I, it was definitely more of a challenge because we didn't really know where to start with the management. We decided to do research and we went through the full process of interviewing different property management companies. After speaking with Jack from Baboudjian Properties, we knew we found the right property management company for us. Baboudjian Properties has not only helped us with managing these two apartment buildings, but they helped give us valuable advice for potential future investments. Originally, my sister and I were not interested in continuing with the real estate industry, since we didn’t have much experience, but the knowledgeable team at Baboudjian Properties really helped guide us towards the right direction and we are very excited to continue growing in the real estate industry.

Fantastic experience: Baboudjian Properties was great. They’re a property management company that stays on top of everything, especially maintenance matters. Our property is always taken care of, and the environment created is pleasant for all. As a property management company, I expected Baboudjian Properties just to be an average-Joe, but they exceeded my expectations with their superb property management service. I’d definitely recommend Baboudjian Properties! Five stars from me.

Fantastic experience: Initially it was a difficult decision to hire a property management company, and it took some time for my family to make that decision. Out of all the property management companies, we decided to hire Baboudjian Properties to manage our property in Los Angeles, and we were very happy about our choice! All the work and energy that was put into the apartment building we own was well worth the property management fee we paid. It’s very important to have a property management company you can trust, and we put our full trust in Baboudjian Properties. They are a great property management company! I would recommend Baboudjian Properties to anyone looking for property management!

Fantastic experience: The best property management company in Glendale without a doubt! We’re very happy using Baboudjian Properties as the property management company, managing our apartment property in Glendale! Professional, diligent, caring, and much more! Baboudjian Properties although managing our apartment property in Glendale, I’d refer them to any apartment building or commercial property owner in any city that they service. They are a property management company I’m sure any owner in Glendale or elsewhere would be happy with. We’re very appreciative of their property management style, and Baboudjian Properties has been very accommodating with our needs and request as property owner.

Fantastic experience: I was initially against hiring a property management company, thinking that managing a property would be easy, but I can’t express how happy I was with the decision to have Baboudjian Properties sign-on to manage our property. I realized soon thereafter that I wouldn’t be able to handle the tenants, maintenance matters, and all the nitty gritty city items. I was so pleased with my encounter with Jack and Silva, and knew they were the right property management company I wanted to hire. Our property, being an apartment property in Glendale has encountered new rent laws that I needed a property management company who is specifically experienced in Glendale, to handle these new enacted laws. The level and understanding Baboudjian Properties had with my meeting was all I needed to see, and their actual management has been as good as they said it would be! Kudos to Baboudjian Properties, a very good property management company in Glendale that I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Baboudjian Properties started managing our property in Glendale, CA a couple months ago and we’ve really been happy with their property management service. Baboudjian Properties was a nearby choice to the property we own in Glendale, and it was a great decision to hire them, because they’re always around our property. It was very important to me and my family that the property management company we selected was in Glendale, because they are our eyes and ears for the property. My family and I are happy with Baboudjian Properties, and regardless if anyone’s property is in Glendale, CA or another city, we recommend Baboudjian Properties for the property management duties. Baboudjian Properties has the best property managers we’ve experienced thus far!

Fantastic experience: Baboudjian Properties is such a wonderful property management company! Jack and his team are such a pleasure to work it! Since day one Baboudjian Properties was retained to manage our apartment building in Glendale, they have been extremely professional and diligent all aspects of the property. Rent collection, management reporting, handling of maintenance, and all the burdensome issues we did not want to handle as property owners, was fully overseen and delegated by Baboudjian Properties. It was imperative to my family to have a trustworthy property management company, and Baboudjian Properties filled-in that role! I’m so glad we’ve established a great relationship with an amazing property management company like Baboudjian Properties, because this motivates us to continue to pursue more apartment buildings in the Glendale area. Baboudjian Properties is an unmatched property management company!

Fantastic experience: Our building was in dire need of a professional property management company. Many property management companies claim to be professional and knowledgeable, but that’s not the case with almost all. Our experience with various property management companies we dealt with in the past were not good. When we finally began dealing with Baboudjian Properties, our problems have been solved and properly addressed! We’re so happy with Baboudjian Properties, because they are an expert in the property management field. Silva and Jack, the two main partners involved, are very experienced and helped us tremendously. I would highly recommend Baboudjian Properties to anyone looking for a professional property management company.

Negative experience: The worst management company ever. They do not fix the issues and they never answer the phone. Jack is extremely rude, unprofessional, and non sense person. I am really glad he is not in charge of our management company any more otherwise I would move out soon

Fantastic experience: Baboudjian Properties is a wonderfully run property management company. My friends who also rent in Los Angeles are always shocked when I tell them how easily I am able to get things fixed or get any problems addressed. Someone is always available to reach, and Jack really cares about his tenants' happiness. The payment portal is easy to use and saves times sending rent checks through the mail. All of the vendors who come on site to fix things are professional, and I even overheard a plumber saying to his trainee that they need to do an extra good job on our property because Jack is a very good client who they really respect. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: A year or so ago, my business partner and I decided to split up and I took on 100% ownership of a 24-unit apartment building we had originally owned together. I was never involved in the management of the apartment building, so I knew that I definitely needed to search around and find a property management company that was up for the task. I met with a few different management companies, and made the decision to move forward in working with Baboudjian Properties. Since then, I have left everything up to them, in terms of the management of the apartment building, and they have more than delivered. They are super knowledgeable in their profession and the industry, and have a solid system in place. This has been a huge help for me, and I'd highly recommend to anyone interested in hiring a property management company.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Baboudjian Properties has been great! They are a very supportive and team oriented property management company, where I wish I had dealings with them earlier on. A property management company that has kept an eye out on our property in Los Angeles with a professional property management approach. Baboudjian Properties is recommended by me to all those looking for a property management company.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a remarkable experience with Baboudjian Properties. They are very thoughtful and knowledgeable in all aspects of property management and real estate. Just a caring group of individuals who maintain a property well, and keep a good eye on it! I’m very happy with Baboudjian Properties, and I’m sure many will be too. I would on my behalf recommend Baboudjian Properties for those looking for a property management company!

Fantastic experience: Baboudjian Properties has been wonderful! They are a property management company that I would like to give my wholehearted recommendation to everyone. Nothing negative to say about Baboudjian Properties, because they are a property management company that looks-out for the good of the property. Baboudjian Properties is the type of property management company one would want on their side!

Fantastic experience: There are property management companies, and then there are good property management companies. Baboudjian Properties fits within the category of great property management companies. Baboudjian Properties has constantly been devoted, and I’ve experienced this first-hand. Always thinking of a smart path to protect our property, and knowing the way in which the direction should continue to head. I’ve been extremely pleased and happy with Baboudjian Properties. Their devotion, dedication, and knowledge of the real estate world has benefited me tenfold.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had such a great experience with Baboudjian Properties. They’re an extremely professional property management company and really know how to do property management right! Baboudjian Properties has always been accessible to us, and that’s what my expectations would be from a property management company! I would recommend Baboudjian Properties for anyone looking for a property management company. They are fair, honest, and straight-forward. Just a great a property management company to work with!

Fantastic experience: I was excited we found Baboudjian Properties to manage our property in Glendale! We didn’t have a pleasant experience with the previous property management company. We were determined to make a change in property management companies, to retain a property management company who can handle the changes we wanted to accomplish. With Baboudjian Properties, we certainly accomplished that! We finally obtained steadiness, completed necessary repair upgrades, and received better cash-flow. I was very happy we made the change! Baboudjian Properties is a property management company I would recommend for anyone who is trying to make changes to their property operations, or in general, just as a property management company to look-over the management of their property.

Fantastic experience: Baboudjian Properties has been a great property management company to work with! I have dealt with various property management companies at a complex I own, and Baboudjian Properties by far has been the best! Jack, Silva, and the remaining team at Baboudjian Properties are extremely attentive to all the little details I would need for them to pay attention to as a property owner. Our property is rather large, so there will be various complications to deal with, and we needed a property management company that was going to have the process and procedure in place to deal with these various headaches – not run away from them. Thankfully, Baboudjian Properties was there for our property’s needs! Ever since we made the decision to retain Baboudjian Properties as our property management company, we have been extremely happy with the results!

Fantastic experience: This property management company is it! Baboudjian Properties is the type of property management company our family needed! Jack, Silva, and their team have been amazing! We own a few apartment rental properties, and without the experience of Baboudjian Properties, we would have been in a sour situation. Silva, Jack and their whole group bring a ton of experience to the table, and I value that in a property management company! The willingness to pay a property management fee, for us to not deal with the headaches, brings more value to me than I thought. We can now concentrate on our work, make money, and invest, while Baboudjian Properties manages our properties wholeheartedly. It’s a win-win for us, and I’m sure those dealing with Baboudjian Properties will have the same feeling!

Fantastic experience: Baboudjian properties has been one of the best property management agencies I’ve dealt with. Jack is quick to respond, takes care of his properites and tenants, and is easy to deal with. I really enjoyed living in his property, for he was respectful and helpful. I was very sad I had to move for work, with that said if I ever saw his name on a sign for a place to rent I wouldn’t hesitate to be a tenant under him again!

Fantastic experience: Truly a great a property management company! I couldn’t even begin to describe or explain the problems and issues at our building until Baboudjian Properties started managing our property. A team of individuals dedicated who know what it takes to be a property manager, and what it takes to get a property back in shape! Really great group of individuals to work with, and with their management skills, they really go above what I would have expected from a property management company. I wouldn’t be able to recommend any other property management company so confidently, other than Baboudjian Properties. Thank you for everything you have done for us Baboudjian Properties!

Fantastic experience: Baboudjian Properties is a property management company like no other! The most caring and smartest property management team members, I could not be happier! Baboudjian Properties is recommended to all property owners, because they are not just an average property management group who just supposedly “manages” properties, but a property management company whose interests are all in-line with property owners. They understand what my thought process is an owner, and help me understand apartment and commercial property ownership, which makes me value Baboudjian Properties that much more. 3 properties are a lot to inherit, mixed with commercial stores and apartment units. I had absolutely no clue on what to do for property management or how to manage these properties by myself. I was stuck at a hard place until I found Baboudjian Properties and their property management group took a big burden off of me. I am therefore so grateful for their wonderful property management team, and would like to express openly my deepest gratitude!

Fantastic experience: The property management team at Baboudjian Properties is great! Silva & Jack are always on top of issues and very attentive to the general management of my property! They know what they’re doing, and with their experience, they have done a fantastic job managing my apartment complex. Vouching for someone is hard, especially with property management companies, because the property manager has a lot to do with results, but with Baboudjian Properties you know you are in good hands, because of the oversight team – Jack & Silva! You two are the reason why property owners like me, would like to continue owning properties!

Fantastic experience: Together, with my husband, we purchase a small retail center in the city of Los Angeles, mainly occupied by “mom and pop” stores, and so we decided to hire Baboudjian Properties for the property management of our property. A good amount of our funds were invested into this retail center, and we didn't want to risk mismanaging the property by managing it ourselves, so we retained a professional property management company to take care of all this for us – Baboudjian Properties. My husband and I have been very happy with Baboudjian Properties and their property management services. Their property management style really works for us, because you can immediately tell they have no hidden motives, and have been honest the entire time. It's great to know that our property management company is keeping a close eye out on our property to keep us happy and our property taken care of! Thank you so much Baboudjian Properties!

Fantastic experience: Property management companies are not hard to find, but it is difficult to find a good and reliable property management company. It’s difficult when you don’t know if a property management company will look out for your best interest and take care of your property with good intention. Baboudjian Properties has been a great property management company to work with, because they have always looked out for the best interest of my properties, above and beyond what may be of the best interest for them. Baboudjian Properties the type of property management company I am happy to have on my side! I highly recommend Baboudjian Properties!

Fantastic experience: This team is so wonderful! Having the right property management company is so important and often overlooked. My moms apartment complex is in a great part of LA and is honestly a beautiful building but the previous property management company had basically let it go down the drain. Nothing was ever getting done and none of the tenants were happy. My mom was always upset and hopeless that she would eventually have to move because of how it was previously managed. The owner hired Baboudjian Properties and things turned around immediately! Within a few short weeks, they turned the properly back around to what it used to be and made sure the tenants were all happy. Baboudjian Properties addressed all needs and made it was a place the tenants wanted to stay (I'm sure the owner was finally relieved also!!) Baboudjian Properties continues to give the property personal attention it needs and professionally manages the property the way I expect a property management company should. For anyone out there who has either purchased property or is interesting in such a company, I would highly highly recommend Baboudjian Properties! The team is attentive, responsive, kind and overall really pleasant- again, qualities that are rare nowadays. Highly recommend Baboudjian Properties!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Baboudjian Properties for a few years now and I’m so happy with their property management services. They’ve been so easy to work with and have done a great job with managing my two properties from the get-go. I’m so glad our paths crossed and I would highly recommend them for your property management needs!

Fantastic experience: Such a responsible property management company! I was worried about trusting a property management company with our property’s finances, but Baboudjian Properties has been clear and precise on all their reports! The management of the property was always good, but my parents were too old to continue managing the property themselves. The building didn’t have too many issues, but as almost all apartment buildings, it needed to be managed, and thus I needed to find a good property management company. Baboudjian Properties stepped in and the management of our property has been seamless. Baboudjian Properties reports monthly to me and I relay all the info to my folks and they couldn’t be happier! Thus, I am happy as well, and happy to say Baboudjian Properties is a highly recommended property management company!

Fantastic experience: Property management companies are only good, when you have a good property manager. Jack, from Baboudjian Properties, is a great at overseeing the property managers and has been on top of our property for many years now, and delivers on his promises! Baboudjian Properties and the entire property management department is great! I know at times Jack isn’t going to be the every day point of contact when it comes down to the operations and management of the property, but his team and staff are great and very hands on with the property management aspects of our property. I highly recommend Baboudjian Properties – they are a great team and a great property management company.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to give credit, where credit is due! I decided to switch over the property management company for my apartment building. The apartment building has never functioned better than when Baboudjian Properties took over. The previous property management company just never did any work. No improvements were ever done on time and maintenance issues were left undone for long periods of time with the previous property management company. Within a few months, our property has finally been uplifted with appeal and I am so happy with the work accomplished! Much credit deserved to Baboudjian Properties for coordinating everything so well!

Fantastic experience: I was passed down an apartment building through my grandparents, but I had absolutely no idea how to manage a 28 unit complex. Once the property officially converted to me, it immediately hit me as to how complicated managing a property can get; coordinating maintenance/repairs, accounting, rental showings, 28 different personalities of tenants, etc. I did not have the willingness or patience to deal with the management. I was tempted to sell the property right after I obtained ownership, but luckily I didn’t! A colleague of mine suggested retaining a property management company. I didn’t know who I can trust managing such a large apartment building, and handling the funds. When I decided to go with a property management company, I decided to go with Baboudjian Properties, because my colleague who referred Baboudjian Properties to me, was an attorney - and I trusted his word. Not only does Baboudjian Properties manage the property in a good manner, but they also have clear transparency of practically everything they report on. I can't begin to explain how happy I am with Baboudjian Properties. I'm very appreciative of how much Baboudjian Properties cares for my property, because not only are they managing my property amazingly, but their good property management resulted in solidifying my decision to not sell the property, and I am fortunate that I didn't, because the value of the property has gone up significantly since my inheritance.

Fantastic experience: If a property management company can’t be trusted, then they shouldn’t be in the business of property management to begin with! I was exhausted having to go through the process of switching property management companies, 3 times to be exact, when I finally came around to Baboudjian Properties and the change was unbelievable. For once, I didn’t worry about rents not being deposited, or unaccountable items that couldn’t be explained by other property management companies. Once that trust was broken with those previous property management companies, I immediately switched, and thus the reason why we had 3 different property management companies before Baboudjian Properties. After we retained Baboudjian Properties however, I feel like this pressure was released from my chest, because I love owning my property (and it’s rather very large), and disposing it was not an option. So thank you Baboudjian Properties for being finally what I thought almost never existed, an honest and caring property management company! Highly and one hundred percent recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of skepticism when thinking about hiring a property management company, but Baboudjian Properties proved me wrong. They are a trustworthy property management company who diligently handles the management of my property. Hiring a property management company isn’t an easy choice, especially with the pool of property management companies that exist in the Los Angeles region. I had to thoroughly research all my options, and couldn’t be happier with my choice! Baboudjian Properties has my full recommendation to anyone who is looking for good property management services.

Fantastic experience: If there is a property management company you can count and depend on, Baboudjian Properties is definitely that go-to property management company! Baboudjian Properties has earned so much credit in my book as a caring and hard-working property management company, because they really show how much they care about the properties they manage. In my eyes, a property management company can only be good if they have the right property manager, and that’s why I have to compliment Jack Baboudjian as he’s been taking a great lead as the property manager. It’s the property manager that makes the property management company worthwhile to take a leap of faith with. If there is a property management company you need, Baboudjian Properties is it!

Fantastic experience: Baboudjian Properties is such a top-notch property management company!! Baboudjian Properties has been so open and so caring with the management of our property, I can’t thank them enough! My family owns a 10 unit apartment building in Los Angeles and we couldn’t be happier since Baboudjian Properties took the burden of my family’s shoulders, and started managing our property! I can see the relief every day not having to deal with the headaches of vacancies and getting the units ready to rent. This is what a property management company is for, and I’m happy Baboudjian Properties took-over the responsibilities of our property! We had a lot of turn-over all at once and my family couldn’t handle the operations anymore, and dealing with getting the units ready to rent or tenant headaches. Baboudjian Properties was such a savior! They have managed the property with great care since we started working with them a couple months ago. In a short period of time, we were back to full occupancy and steady cash flow! My family and I couldn’t be happier! My experience with Baboudjian Properties has truly been great! I felt so compelled to share my thoughts on what an amazing property management company Baboudjian Properties really is!

Negative experience: Worst Company Ever They Keep Raising Rent And They Never Fix The Home Units Or answer Phone

Fantastic experience: must say, Jack is truly a great property manager! I have had the pleasure of working with him and he really knows what he's doing. Jack has always been able to provide quick & cost-effective solutions as a property manager, which is one of the most important aspects of his stellar property management service. Being able to quickly resolve issues keeps the tenants happy and is a key aspect in what I needed from a property manager. Our properties may not be so large in size, but we do have tenants who pay high rent, and thus, need the quick response from a property management company to fulfill their requests because if they are unhappy, we risk higher vacancy factors at an extremely high loss of rent. That's why I am so happy with Baboudjian Properties, and the way they have managed our property and tenancy. We're at one hundred percent occupancy for most of the time, and I've never had issues with tenants complaining about anyone from Baboudjian Properties.

Fantastic experience: When describing Baboudjian Properties, I can sum it up in one word, AMAZING! They are a fully hands on property management company, and at all times, responsive! The main issue I had with the operations of our property, was the way in which the old property management company was handling everything. The property is fine - I just needed a property manager, because I’m so busy; not because the property was in dire needed of a management turn-around. The property management company before was horrible. Thankfully, Baboudjian Properties took on our property, and we've been smoothly operating ever since. It's been like a breath of fresh air knowing I can rely on a property management company who cares and takes lead on the management of our property. I recommend Baboudjian Properties with 100% certainty as a property management company you can count on!

Fantastic experience: I can’t believe this entire time I tried to take on the property management of our apartment building, when such an amazing property management company existed. Multiple times I said to my parents, who own a few apartment buildings, “who needs a property management company, when I can manage the properties myself?” I didn’t know all the challenges a property would come with, and how time consuming it would get. I have a full-time job myself, so I realized rather quickly that it's best leaving property management to the professionals. Baboudjian Properties was definitely the professional property management company I needed! I catch-up with Baboudjian Properties, on a monthly basis, to go over property management reports and updates regarding our property. I'm extremely pleased with their management approach and professionalism. Baboudjian Properties is the type of property management company you'll appreciate, rest assure! I know I do, and I highly recommend Baboudjian Properties to anyone looking for property management.

Fantastic experience: I'm not just a property owner, I'm an investor. As an investor in real estate, I wasn't just looking for a property manager, but someone who was going to be a strategic partner. Property managers can always be found left and right, but I needed someone who understood the broader concept of managing properties - meeting return expectations! I have two 8-unit twin apartment buildings in Los Angeles, and have been working with Jack at Baboudjian Properties for over a year now. Where should I begin and where should I finish? Diligent, caring, attentive, savvy, detail-oriented - just a few of the many positive words I can use to describe Baboudjian Properties in short. That's exactly what I needed from a property manager. If you're looking for a property management company that is truly going to properly manage your real estate investment, you should go with Baboudjian Properties without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: My father was very old-school when it came down to managing his property, and not to say how sometimes inefficient. It finally came to the point where he was too old to manage his apartment building, so we had to find a property management company that was not only going to bring a new generation of property management skills, but the willingness to deal with an old-school property owner in a traditional way. Baboudjian Properties has been so accommodating to my father and his requests when it comes down to the management of his property. It was difficult for my father at first to let go of his involvement with his apartment building, but as time went by, the more confident we felt in Baboudjian Properties, and how they showed that they truly cared about managing our property. Always responsive and always attentive to the requests we as property owners have made. We deal with Jack as a main point of contact, but his staff and crew are excellent too. We couldn't have asked for a better property management group, and feel fortunate that we chose Baboudjian Properties as our property management company.

Fantastic experience: Our HOA was a complete mess and in severe financial trouble. There was no order of conduct and the operations continued to be disastrous. We were never able to reach the previous management company, as they didn't care. Yes, I understand we are a 40 unit condo complex, and our building can get complicated, but I am so thankful to Jack for taking on the management of our association and turning it completely around to a functional building, and at the same time, beautifying our community. As a board member, I am so happy and pleased to work with Baboudjian Properties. Jack helped us tremendously at our darkest times.

Fantastic experience: Have been working with this company for a quite some time now. After the help I received for yet another unfortunate event, I just had to put in my recommendation publicly. Owning real estate used to be a bitter sweet privilege for me, but now, I can confidently say that Baboudjian Properties has taken the "bitter" part out of it. Thank you and your staff for everything, we would be lost without you.
