Negative experience: If you can skip any rent from Utopia Management … do it … if your apartment has an issue, you can wait months to fix it … I’m punctual with my rent payments and I have been waiting to fix an issue in the building since APRIL ! They bring contractors during works days and the worst is they never fixed it … it’s almost a nightmare ! The worst property rental company !
