I reached out to maybe 10 different property management companies and they were the most personable. I didn’t feel like I was working with a corporate company that doesn’t care about you or the tenant. They care about the landlord, but also the tenant. Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experience as one of the tenants mentioned in the “J A” review. My partner and I rented this condo through RentalHouse Property Management and had an excellent experience with their team during the leasing process. They were professional, communicative, and transparent from start to finish - easily one of the most organized and thorough management companies we’ve interacted with. The owner’s review contains several inaccuracies. We were not “unemployed actors.” We both work and provided full employment verification, references, and financial documentation as part of the application process. We also paid our rent in full and on time every single month. It’s worth noting that RentalHouse’s involvement ended once the lease was signed. After that, the property owner took over as the landlord and handled all ongoing management. Unfortunately, that’s when issues began. The unit later became uninhabitable due to major water damage that was never properly repaired. I genuinely wish Paul and RentalHouse had continued managing the property - their professionalism and attention to detail stood in sharp contrast to what followed. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a fair, communicative, and trustworthy company for leasing or property management.

Negative experience: I obtained RentalHouse Property Management to find a tenant for my 1 bed/1 bath with pool condo in Glendale. Key points: 1) Showings are only done when the team is available NOT when a prospective tenant shows interest. 2) My tenants were not properly vetted they were 2 unemployed actors who did not want to pay rent. 3) My condo was rented for the lowest possible rent $2,195 instead the range of $2,400 - $2,500. I'm dissapointed because these tenants were not vetted properly and they turned out to be a nuisance. Note: There is no context you just have bad judgement of character on selecting tenants. It's okay we're not all perfect!

Fantastic experience: RHPM was a lucky find. There are many property management firms in the City of Los Angeles RHPM is at the top of the list. The pride and excellence they bring to the table with their vast knowledge of the LA Housing ordinances and rules, to how to keep the tenants feel they are in good hands, to their ability to communicate to their clients the requirements to make the relationship between Landlord and Property Manager seamless. RHPM's website, client portal and all electronic transactions are very user friendly. They respond quickly to any concerns or questions and their responses are always helpful and put the Landlord at ease. I trust RentalHouse Property Management to manager my properties as if they were their own. Above all, the staff at RHPM care about their relationship with their clients and it is a real pleasure and relief to have them as managers of my properties. I highly recommend RHPM they are amazing Property Managers.

You can tell they have a wealth of real estate investment knowledge, vast experience and they know what they are talking about. They do not try to nickel and dime for extra profit. Negative experience: Beware of this company!! Rental House Property Management. Three months ago, I have hired this company to manage my properties. I had a terrible experience with them. It’s unfortunate that this happens. Paul K and Armen M are partners with this company. The first time I met them, I thought they were professionals, nice and have the knowledge. After how many weeks, I started to get worried. I did not get any updates on what is going on. I started to get a calls and text messages from my tenants. I called Paul to let him know. The lack of communication was the biggest problems with this people. I had a lot of disappointment on how they handle my tenants, leases updates, the repairs and their responsibilities. The monthly reports were the worse issues. Paul is the one who is charge with the accounting process. When they send me the monthly reports, I found a mistakes and I called them to make a correction. They won’t to admit it. They went round and round with me. This is just a simple Math that anyone can do it. They do not want to talk to you over the phone. They want you to email them for any questions or problems. With no good communication over the phone the problem won’t be resolve. They think I’m stupid or dump. I was so patience and understanding with them. They took advantage of me. I got a lot of aggravations with this people. They turn around and became unprofessional, annoying, dishonest, disrespectful, a liar and a cheater. When money is involved, this people cannot be trusted. I am glad that I ended my business with them. I will never and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We utilized RentalHouse Property Management for their property listing services to rent out our condo. Overall experience from start (pre-listing) to end (lease signing with new tenants) was a 5+ star experience. If we had more properties, we would hire this company every time. Both Paul and Armen were professional, excellent communicators and listeners. As a first time landlord we had a ton of questions, all of which were answered and put us at ease. They are knowledgeable about tenant landlord laws which was one of our top priorities, to do things the correct and fair way. They advised us on our unit prep prior to listing, came and took beautiful photos and wrote a listing description to showcase the unit at its best. Everything was done promptly, there were never any delays. Any time we had follow up questions, Paul was quick to get on a call with us to explain and direct us. They updated us regularly on the showings they had with potential applicants, worked with us on specific custom lease verbiage, and took all our concerns into consideration. It was very obvious they took pride in representing us and were able to find us great tenants (whom they vetted not just with standard boilerplate questions, but with specific to our concerns detailed questions). We would definitely recommend their services to others!

Fantastic experience: I've been a tenant with RentalHouse Property Management for just over a year now, and this is probably one of my best experiences as a renter. Paul, the building manager always makes sure to check in to make sure things are working and running smoothly. He has continued to follow up on maintenance requests, yard requests, and even helped add an amazing closet space to our place. We have 2 animals, Cat and Dog and Paul was open armed with us renting this unit with them - without hesitation. Fantastic experience: I had the joy of being a tenant under RentalHouse Property Management for a year. Paul was a fantastic manager who communicated effectively and was always responsive. He made sure my apartment felt like a home and that everything was functional, clean and comfortable. He and his family were so welcoming that even after some time had passed when I had gone to a different living situation and then needed an apartment again, I checked with RentalHouse Property Management to see if my apartment was available. Too bad for me it wasn't, but great for the new tenants because I'm sure they were treated with the same excellent care that I received.
