The home buying experience for first time homebuyers can be really confusing and stressful; however, Casey walks you through everything and explains every process so that the choices you make are the best for you. Fantastic experience: Looking for a realtor or an agent? Sorry... Casey is more than that. He's an advocate, ally, and a friend. On multiple occasions Casey showed his true colors giving us advice that was beneficial to us but not to him. We were difficult clients. It took us a long time to find what we were looking for and Casey was always patient and willing to keep us in the driver's seat going at our own pace. Not only did he open doors that couldn't otherwise be opened, he brainstormed nontraditional deal terms for unorthodox situations, he pointed out home issues that we otherwise would have missed, and made time for us on nights and weekends. Count yourself lucky if he takes you on as a client.

In an extremely competitive and fast-paced market Casey made home-buying enjoyable, and as stress-free as possible by being extremely responsive, incredibly pro-active, and consistently touching bases with us and other agents.
