We had worked with some other agents, who were not very well informed on the properties that we looked at, but Savannah was very informative on the condo that we ended up buying. We stopped to look at the property around noon, met her at her office around 3:00, put an offer in and had it accepted by 5:00. During the purchasing process, she did a lot of extras to ensure that everything went through. We would definitely use Savannah anytime we buy or sell in the Punta Gorda area.
