Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty

Experiencia negativa: Horrible morals. Kevin Lapointe should not ever be allowed into a home alone with any individual, he is an obsessive, obtuse, angry person, with low capacity. He is rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I would suggest parting ways with employees like this, as he poses a real and imminent danger to potential clients.

Experiencia fantástica: My son died unexpectedly in March and I was left with a house to sell and I myself live in ohio,,,I came down immediately to make arrangements and didn’t have the slightest idea where to start,, however a lady from a church in port charlotte’ recommended Ryan finnigan with coldwell ,,I called he came next day and was amazing,,, I am.NOT aeasy person to work with cause I want thing to go fast and be done,, however this house was a nightmare and unique to say the least,, I had to go back to ohio and leave this with Ryan, whenever I called he answered, and reassured me ,,then came the hurricane, the house made it unscathed and Ryan would literally drive over every day and check it ,, finally a deal has come an I can’t thank him enough for putting up with me and my phone calls and not understanding the process!!!!!! a house sold only because of Ryan Finnigan,,,,thanks again collwell ya got real great guy!!! Laurie stoyko,,,,,ohio ,

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend Cindy Struthers. She blew off an appointment and when I expressed a concern about it, she went off on how busy she is etc. Very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed and disrespectful.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Real Estate office!

Experiencia negativa: Do not use this real estate group, they hire bad people. Hostile & aggressive people

Experiencia negativa: Don't try to buy a home with Kevin Lapointe, he charges extra money without reason, and Even got verbally and physically aggressive for no reason. He reminds me of one of those police officers you see on the news each week now days!!!! I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Retired cops with anger issues shouldn’t be realtors

Experiencia positiva: Shame on you Karen.

Experiencia negativa: Cole Concannon was very unprofessional when he finally responded 8 days later from the first time we contacted him about a property.

Experiencia fantástica: We just recently bought a house and Carla Stephenson was our realtor. She was AMAZING. She was there whenever I needed her and often worked late nights and on the weekend to help us get into our dream home.
