Experiencia negativa: I had scheduled a tour with Sanjeev for an apartment today (11/8/2025) at 4pm. I arrived at 3:55pm and waited for Sanjeev to arrive. Around 4:07 I called Sanjeev to confirm he was on his way and my call was immediately forwarded. My partner and I waited until 4:15 before deciding to just leave. Really unfortunate as the apartment looked so nice based on pictures I saw in the Zillow posting. Everything happens for a reason. Pay attention to the 1 star reviews when you see them friends.

They were on top of everything and if they needed approval for anything they asked me first! They even referred me over to a great plumber when needed, and even the plumbing company even had amazing things to say about them. Experiencia fantástica: Thomas Ryan is a top notch company. I am writing this review to correct a completely dishonest review from Harry Mower. This person is a con artist. I personally know of a previous landlord who had to evict this person as he destroyed their property, did not pay the rent, tried to scam the court system in Charlotte County. I was there for much of it and this person is dishonest which is the nicest thing I can say about him. Even though this review is over 2 years ago, I still felt the record needed to be corrected as he was complaining about a back ground check he obviously did not pass and was most likely turned down as a potential renter. Harry Mower is exactly the reason background checks must be done a true scam artist in the first degree!

Jim, and the team at Thomas Ryan are very helpful and well-informed about the property selection process and finding and placing the best tenant they possibly can. If you are looking for an investment property, or already have one and need property management, I could not be happier with this company. If I could give more stars, I would.

Experiencia positiva: Heidi Gadbois, the coowner of Thomas Ryan REM has been so kind, responsive, caring and gone out of her way to be helpful to my late husband and me in taking care of bills, monthly reports, paying off/bookkeeping of a big expensive plumbing job, etc. while they managed our house rental in North Port. We were out of state and had to rely on Heidi and Jim to take care of numerous challenges with tenants for a couple of years. While my husband was in Hospice, Jim was incredibly helpful in dealing with tenants leaving, repairs, and new tenants - accepting responsibility to make good decisions about various issues when I couldn't. It is very hard to deal with a rental property from out of state and Jim and Heidi made it easier.

Cliff our realtor stuck with it and ultimately sold the home very close to asking price. He was very attentative and was helping out with the house since we are out of state and not able to be at the home for upkeep. etc.

Experiencia negativa: Once again I am forced to give you a star. In reality you should give it back Called you to rent a home and you want an unbelievable amount for a water deposit. And you want to charge $35 a person who is over 18 for a background check. $140 that can go towards rent to live and not waste my money on a background check. I should charge you $55 for a background check per person in your office to make sure they are worth it to rent a home from. I should charge you $55 as for the homeowner and anybody in his home. How do I know if I'm going to rent from a worthy Management Corporation or even a worthy homeowner that his home might be in bankruptcy and still collecting rent. It happens all over this country right here in this town it happens Punta Gorda Florida. You Realtors would do anything to make money and make the information of our economy you are the reason why the economy has won out of control. There is no home shortages nor is there any rental shortages and in the United States of America. You Realtors oughta be ashamed of yourself.
